Cynical Senior is the brainchild of Victor V. Vazquez and Cheryl R. Barber. They have seen how their grand parents have struggled to live a normal and dignified life and this is what has inspired them to do something about this and they eventually decided to launch a magazine dedicated only for elderly people.
